Amber Jantz has been working successfully in the executive search profession since 1998. Prior to founding Search Link, Inc., she was working exclusively with a Chicago based contract research and recruiting firm called Corporate Navigators. Previously, Mrs. Jantz was an Associate with Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. in Los Angeles and a member of the firm's International Technology and Health Care Practices. Her career in search began when she first joined the firm as a Research Associate. She has focused on a variety of industries including Technology, Consumer, Entertainment, Hospitality, Financial Services and Healthcare as well as Industrial. She was promoted to Associate after two years in the Research role. While in these roles at Heidrick, she also led nationwide training sessions on executive candidate identification and name generation for newly hired Research Associates.

In addition to Amber's tenure at Heidrick & Struggles, she spent over a year as a Human Resources Generalist at the high-tech manufacturing company Newport Corporation in Irvine. Her previous position was that of a Publicist and Assistant to the President & CEO for Talicor, Inc., a privately owned game manufacturer in Chino.

Amber earned her B.A. degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of La Verne in California.

Currently, Amber is a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (www.AIIP.org) and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (www.SCIP.org).
